Sharing ADR experience of Europe
Founded on the cooperation between EELRC and University of Pavia (Italy) with the participation of our colleagues from Jagiellonian University, University of Gdansk (Poland) and Yaroslav the Wize Law University (Kharkiv, Ukraine) the deep and comprehensive studying of ADR in Europe has began.
Due to this we would like to announce the call for proposal to the AJEE special issue related to ADR, in particular, on mediation development in Europe, experience of mandatory and voluntary mediation, ODR achievements, conciliations and negotiations as well.

The opinions of scholars and practitioners from all over the Europe concerning the advantages and disadvantages of ADR practice within global exchange and sharing ideas are welcome!
